NUVCORE LIMITED is committed to providing professional creative services and transparent customer support. This Return and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, revisions, refunds, print-related matters, and project-related disputes are handled for services purchased through our website.

2. Nature of Our Services

NUVCORE LIMITED provides creative, branding, marketing, and graphic design services, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing visuals and promotional materials;
  • Business card design;
  • Brochure and leaflet design;
  • Presentation design;
  • Banner and large-format advertising design;
  • Corporate branding materials;
  • Digital advertising assets;
  • Marketing content preparation and creative consulting.

We are not a printing company.

Where requested by a client, we may assist in identifying reputable third-party printing providers and production partners. Any printing services are performed by independent third-party suppliers and not by NUVCORE LIMITED unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Project Approval and Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing all drafts, designs, artwork, layouts, dimensions, text, spelling, branding elements, colours, and specifications before providing final approval.

Once final approval has been provided by the client and production files have been delivered or submitted for printing, responsibility for approved content transfers to the client.

NUVCORE LIMITED shall not be responsible for errors that were visible in materials approved by the client.

4. Cancellation Before Work Begins

A client may cancel a project before work has commenced by contacting:

Where no work has been performed, a full refund may be issued.

5. Cancellation After Work Has Started

Once project work has begun, refunds may be reduced to reflect work already completed and costs reasonably incurred.

Reasonable deductions may include:

  • Consultation time;
  • Creative development work;
  • Design and production time;
  • Project planning;
  • Administrative costs;
  • Third-party expenses already incurred;
  • Supplier commitments made on behalf of the client.

Any deductions will be reasonable and proportionate to the work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

6. Digital Design Services

Due to the nature of digital creative services, refunds are generally not available once completed design files have been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Clients are encouraged to review drafts carefully throughout the project process.

Where revisions are included in the agreed scope of work, we will make reasonable efforts to address requested amendments before final approval.

7. Custom and Bespoke Work

Most services provided by NUVCORE LIMITED are custom-created specifically for each client.

Because such work is bespoke and tailored to individual requirements, completed custom design work is generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Printing and Third-Party Production Services

If we assist in arranging printing, production, or fulfillment through third-party suppliers, the physical production and delivery of printed materials may be carried out by independent providers.

While we make reasonable efforts to recommend reliable printing partners, we do not directly control third-party manufacturing, production schedules, shipping operations, or carrier services.

Where issues arise relating to print quality, production defects, shipping damage, or delivery errors, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the client in resolving the matter with the relevant supplier.

9. Damaged or Defective Printed Materials

If printed materials arranged through a third-party supplier arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from approved artwork, clients should notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order or project reference;
  • Photographs of the issue;
  • Photographs of packaging where relevant;
  • A description of the problem.

We will review the matter and coordinate with the printing provider to determine an appropriate resolution where possible.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, reimbursement will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time before funds appear in the customer's account.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where legally applicable, consumers may have cancellation rights for certain contracts entered into online or remotely.

Where a customer expressly requests that services begin before the end of any applicable cancellation period, the customer may be required to pay for services already performed up to the date of cancellation.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact us directly so that we can attempt to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently.

We maintain project records, approvals, communications, invoices, proofs, revision history, and delivery records for fraud prevention and dispute resolution purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NUVCORE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from the use of our services.

Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
